SenseSleep Uses Neuroscience to Help People Sleep

SenseLabs introduces SenseSleep 1.0.0 for iOS, an update to the fitness app that offers controlled breathing exercises to help your brain easily enter a more relaxed, sleepy state. By monitoring your heart rate while guiding you through simple breathing exercises, SenseSleep is designed to lower your heart rate, calm your brainwaves, and prepare your body for rest. Version 1.0.0 introduces a new sleep rating system, sleep insights, redesigned onboarding flow and minor bug fixes. SenseSleep 1.0.0 is Free and can be downloaded from iTunes.
