The Good Co. releases The Good List for iOS

The Good Co. announces The Good List, its new audio-guided, self-care app for iOS. The Good List offers practices based on research from Yale, UC Berkeley, Harvard as well as other world renowned institutions, to make mindfulness a part of your daily life. It not only provides easy ways to do the practices but also helps a person learn about the science behind why a particular practice is helpful and resources to learn more about them.

The Good List helps in practicing these skills in just a few minutes a day. The app also offers structured programs called Pathways that help with various aspects of your life such as work, relationships, self-confidence and sleep. The goal is to help people realize that happiness comes from within. In a world where there are so many things vying for our attention at all times, making something that is simple, seamless and makes this content accessible is key to helping us achieve our goal. The Good List is completely free and can be downloaded from the App Store.
